Breakfast Smoothies!

A quick, tasty and healthy breakfast favourite of mine... is a fruit smoothy!

If you always have fresh fruit on hand, you just can't go wrong. I often mix 2 or 3 different fruits, with some fruit juice (just enough to cover the chopped fruit once you have added it to the blender with some ice).

Surprisingly filling. No bloating after breakfast. And good for you!

Here are some I've made!

 1 x Green Apple & 2 x Kiwifruit with Orange Juice

 1 x Handful of Frozen Blueberries, 1 x Banana & 1 x small orange with Brekkie Juice

1 x Mango & 1 x Handful Frozen Blueberries with Apple Mango Juice (YUM)!

Chopped Watermelon & 1 x Banana with Pineapple Juice
