Todays Breakfast!!

Was so delicious..

Fresh asparagus, garlic, eggs, mushrooms (and I added a little bacon & some sesame seeds).


 I have made this before with no bacon & no toast, as a healthier / lower calorie option - still tastes great.

I fry up the asparagus, mushroom & garlic in a pan with some sesame oil first, until browned (add herbs / spices / salt / pepper to taste).. Or today I put in the sesame seeds & bacon..

Then add eggs to pan & fry sunny side up. Once cooked through I give them a flip for a few seconds to seal the other side of the egg but to still leave the yolk runny inside.


Once all cooked, serve on a plate or piece of toast. Yum!
